About this deal
Fluid Aire Dynamics carries Drain-All’s extensive line of zero-loss condensate traps that are ideal for use with control devices. In addition to energy savings, they improve performance in various compressed air and compressed gas system applications. These automatic liquid drain valves work on-demand without timers. They also operate pneumatically — you won’t need to connect them to an external power source. This drain trap is the best choice for removing corrosive chemicals or materials from the condensate. The destructive action can result from a gas like carbon dioxide or an aggressive liquid component produced during the compression process. The Corrosion Handler also works well in environments such as ocean-based oil rig operations and cement manufacturing facilities.

Request a Quote for Drain-All Condensate Drains Today The Vacuum Handler is the best drain trap for vacuum system applications such as vacuum pumps, gas reclaiming operations and machining operations that use a vacuuming process to seal parts. The standard version relies on gravity to drain liquid from the trap, but a pressurized option is also available. Volume Handler® Choose this drain trap if your applications require handling significantly large liquid flows. Models are available for flow capacities ranging from 3 gpm to more than 100 gpm. They’re compatible with compressor systems up to 40,000 hp. Fluid Aire Dynamics: A Full-Service Condensate Handler Provider

Over 20 years ago, Drain-All® designed an industrially robust, totally pneumatic, automatic condensate removal drain valve for compressed air and gas systems. Other drain trap devices with small orifices and poppet style valves or gasket discharge seals are prone to clog when solid debris is present. Their mechanics are inside the trap reservoir or connected to it in such a way as to make them susceptible to oils and debris as well as being complex, fragile and prone to failure. In addition to selling a wide variety of Drain-All equipment, our Morgantown, PA-based company provides comprehensive service and support to maximize your experience and lower your long-term operating and ownership costs. Condensate Handler ®
The Drain-All® product line includes a broad range of standard products that meet the needs of most applications. In addition, there are a variety of design options, materials of construction, components and accessories available that enable products to be customized to accommodate virtually any application requirement.

Control Specialties is proud to offer a wide range of Drain-All products, including hard-to-find parts and accessories, all at competitive prices. For over 20 years, Drain-All has produced standard and unique solutions for draining and moving liquids, and specializes in condensate removal from compressed air and gas equipment and systems. Drain-All creates draining and fluid moving products from drain traps to temperature handlers. They alsocreate products for process and refrigeration equipment. Small, midsize and enterprise-level brands all dependthe Drain-All reliable quality to power their businesses. Use this drain trap in environments involving zero or atmospheric pressure compressed air applications ranging from 0 psig to 1,200 psig. The 300 and 750 models are ideal for positive pressure situations, while the ATM variant is the best choice for pressurizing a zero pressure liquid feed and pushing it to a higher level. Oil Handler ®This trap is the most appropriate option for removing condensate containing high volumes of compressor lubricants or low specific gravity oil. It is capable of draining liquids with a specific gravity down to 0.7. Typical Oil Handler applications include older air compressors where leakage of oil into the condensate stream is a constant issue, ethanol processing operations, and other industrial processes that involve low specific gravity fluids under pressure. Rust Handler ® Drain-All has designed this drain trap specifically for high-temperature applications of up to 170 degrees Fahrenheit. Models that can accommodate 250-degree and 350-degree Fahrenheit environments are also available. Use it for applications such as removing condensate from hot liquids due to maintenance and clean-out processes and high-temperature process liquids under pressure. Vacuum Handler® These traps also offer an anodized aluminum, PVC and stainless steel construction that maximizes durability and reliability in challenging working conditions. With more than 80 trap options available, you’re sure to find one that’s compatible with your compressed air system. Pressure Handler ® 300/750/ATM
