Rugby Challenge 4 claimed that it would have some of the best graphics in rugby, beating the competition from the likes of Rugby 20 which sensationally flopped earlier in the year. At the moment, I'd say it's too expensive for what you get. If it comes down in price or goes on sale and you really want a rugby game , then go for it. It's still fun and if you enjoy the Rugby Challenge series you'll get more of the same. It's enjoyable having all of the updated teams, kits and players, which makes a difference but the gameplay just hasn't seen enough progress since RC3. A. Rugby Challenge 4 is availiable digitally right now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Steam PC. The physical retail version is also available for consoles.

You covered a lot of good points, I'd like player injuries to be graded i.e minor, severe, with minor allowing them to continue to play for as long as you opt to keep them on but with a reasonable reduction in stats and for severed injuries to leave the player on the ground requiring a substitution upon a break in play (Much how the 2k NBA games handle it)

NEW! AI formations and improved positioning of players making the game more realistic and challenging for those experienced rugby heads.The AI is still severely lagging in some areas. Pretty much all teams you come up against will throw the ball about and offload like no one's business! Which makes for a pretty messy midfield at times.
