The record Charlie takes from her father's collection is Sam Cooke's 1961 album Sam's Songs, and when she puts it on, Sam Cooke's version of " Unchained Melody" plays. However, see Errors. Also seen in the collection of records is Roxy Music's For Your Pleasure. As a prequel to the rest of the live-action film series, Bumblebee includes set-up elements for several of them:
Bumblebee appears as a playable character in the 2010 video game Transformers: War for Cybertron. In the Autobot campaign, he is first seen racing across the war-torn streets of Iacon in search of Optimus. Upon rendezvousing with Optimus, he relays the message of Zeta Prime's death at the hands of Megatron; after which, he joins Optimus and Ratchet in their resistance against the Decepticons on the planet. He later appears in the final level of the game, where Bumblebee teams up with Optimus and Ironhide to prevent the Decepticon Titan, Trypticon from destroying Iacon.A majority of cena and powells dialogue has been reshot to remove sector 7s prior knowledge of transformers and cena being xenophobic towards them due to a person close to him being killed by one at some point has also been removed from the final version. Cenas dialogue was also reshot in this to make him funnier when in the pre screener he was much more serious and cut throat. Some of these more intense lines still come through like when he and the general are listening to powell gush about the decepticons creating the internet. The first line about “powell being weird” is reshot but the rest is the original scene hence why he seems a bit more serious. This shift in his performance may be whats throwing some people off about him as there are are two distinct performances being twisted together."— Optimus_Prowlon TFW2005, "PRE-SCREENER DIFFERENCES: WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD", 2018/12/28 Hey, remember that time in the comics when a couple of guys stole Bumblebee? The classic transformation noise is used liberally throughout the entire film. Some variant of it can be heard whenever a Transformer goes through a full-body transformation sequence onscreen, as well as whenever Bumblebee draws his arm blaster. A scene that was cut from the end in final version was a sector 7 scene between Cena, Simmons, and the General talking about how the autobots must never know about NBE1 which is revealed to be a frozen G1 styled megatron, fusion cannon and all, that has the same aesthetic as the cybertonian bots from the new opening sequence. Both post credits scenes were brand new in the final release, those being Bee and Prime walking along and watching more Autobots coming to earth and Charlie finishing her fathers car. Everything else was essentially the same between both versions, just cut slightly faster in some places to keep the pacing steady."— Optimus_Prowlon TFW2005, "PRE-SCREENER DIFFERENCES: WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD", 2018/12/28 This character article is a stub and is missing information on their video game appearances. However, along with the rest of the crew, he bailed out of the ship when Optimus suspected a Decepticon trap. He took part in the fight with the amassed Decepticon forces, during which he fought Shadow Striker and was saved from an execution at the hands of Megatron by Optimus. Battle For Cybertron II Bumblebee is the Japanese name of Perceptor in Transformers: Armada. The Mini-Con Sparkplug was also based on the original Bumblebee, while Hot Shot was in fact going to be named Bumblebee but had his name changed due to trademark reasons. Prior to moving over to the Transformers team, I had been spoiled by a brand that handled all of the digital sculpts internally in RI, so we always had beautiful orthographic render sheets being shared with the design team for us to generate deco sheets. I set out to establish a new process with the guidance of Paul Bennett that would allow us to convert the toy CAD into a usably file in Zbrush, (i accidentally wrote keyshot on the image) which would then enable us to polygroup the figure into individual parts, so that they could be highlighted for a rapid selection of mold groups across all the views. It was short lived before we migrated into using Keyshot (which the later BB figure decos were created in) which explains the slight visual discrepancy to some of the breakdowns of later figures."
September 20, 2017 — Travis Knight reveals the first Decepticon vehicle mode in the form of a 1971 Plymouth GTX. Look, I know what you saw is a little crazy. I can explain. ... Yeah, I can't explain, but here's the deal: If you tell anyone what you just saw, I'm going to have to run you over with my car." We got to work on an offload vehicle that could pull in some of the shapes that we were seeing across the robot design. We introduced a windshield to the form, to keep it in line with the rest of the BB movie figures, as well as familiar wheel faces wrapped in a more aggressive looking tire. Emiliano did an incredible job of bringing this vehicle form concept to life.

Bumblebee once again reunites with Sam after the latter comes with Carly and two Autobots, Wheelie and Brains, to the army base. When Sentinel Prime betrays the Autobots, he goes to battle against the Decepticons. This battle is stopped when Sentinel Prime (in alliance with Megatron) declares an ultimatum to the American government to banish the Autobots from Earth in exchange for peace. Apparently banished and killed by the Decepticons, the Autobots emerge alive and participate in the battle in Chicago, destroying the space bridge to bring Cybertron to Earth and killing Sentinel and Megatron.
